- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Subscription boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or missing items.

- Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3. Refund Process

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
