    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
    • Subscription boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or missing items.

2. How to Request a Return

    1. Contact our support team at info@questsevis.xyz within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
    3. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

3. Refund Process

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges and Replacements

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement free of charge.
    • Exchange requests for different products are not accepted as our subscription boxes contain pre-selected items.

5. Cancellations & Subscription Refunds

    • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable once the payment is processed.
    • If you cancel mid-term, you will still receive any remaining boxes from your paid subscription cycle.
